1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:
The beat purchased is defective or unusable.
The wrong beat was delivered.
Accidental double-orders
b. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the beat.
Failure to read the beat description or understand the licensing terms.
2. Refund Process:
a. To request a refund, you must contact us within 14(fourteen) days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue or reason for the refund request.
b. We may request additional information or evidence to validate your refund request, such as audio recordings or screenshots demonstrating the issue with the beat.
c. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the validity of the refund request and compliance with our refund policy.
3. Refund Method:
a. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
b. Refunds will typically be processed within 5(five) business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
a. Customized beats or beats produced to your specifications are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
b. Exclusive rights purchases are non-refundable once the license agreement has been signed.
5. Limited License Termination:
a. If a refund is issued for a beat purchase, your license to use that beat will be terminated, and you must cease all use of the beat in your projects.
